So there are at least youngsters around again at Grootkolk... very good Franco was always moaning about them all being male (which is just fair enough because of the gene pool...) - is the small one least a female? I know that the teenager is a male. That's the cub we saw back in October when he was as small as the little one is now. Glad to see he made it to be a teenager though. I wouldn't have put my money on him surviving because he looked a bit strange back then. (Maybe it's that inbreeding Franco is so wary of)

I hope they'll produce another one till October. Could do with some cubs again. Not very likely though judging by the size of the two kids.

It's so heartwarming to see cubs playing with litter - not!

in one sort is a litter... but the baby can put the paw through the fence and rob the bird/Mongoose/Lizard bath
always I buy something to put water... and big gravel (rocks) inside... against the wind
but the bottom of a bottle of water is great too

These ugly rubbish plastic bird baths are an eyesore and lions should destroy them and then dump into the bin

right Toko, every day it was raining and every new day, was more green and flowers
