The message it sends to the poachers is to poach even more rapidly than the current rate. All poached horn can then be stockpiled by the poachers and sold once the current stockpiles are depleted and there is no other horn available left to sell on the "legal" market. 0- 0*\

Read the report.

Toks how on earth will they ever regulate this scenario and who
will become the controlling body regarding these matters???

For goodness sake, a question to the real world out there,
"How long will this stockpile last, since it has value attached
and "how long will it take too cultivate rhino population to
support this hungry hype"???

While the real world, ""Sanparks and .gov negotiate a viable
existence and mission about cultivated horn(fallacy at large)

the underworld continues plundering!!!

OMW, "Is society sick or maybe is government sick"???

I guess I know the answer!!

The poachers are going as fast as possible, I reckon! The "stockpiles" are also slowly disappearing anyway.

The price for legal horn will be miles below the black market, which is part of the point of the exercise?

All horns should be eligible, I think, Toko?

Exactly! 0*\

The poachers will "go faster" once they realise that they can stockpile for later trade. O/ If this legislation gets approved, I am sorry to say but it will be the end of the rhino! :-(

Everybody will hold back until the "price" is right, in the mean time they will keep adding to the stockpile!
