The poachers are going as fast as possible, I reckon! The "stockpiles" are also slowly disappearing anyway.

The price for legal horn will be miles below the black market, which is part of the point of the exercise?

All horns should be eligible, I think, Toko?

The poachers will "go faster" once they realise that they can stockpile for later trade. If this legislation gets approved, I am sorry to say but it will be the end of the rhino!

Did anybody, so by the way, a citizens right, do a request
by means of audit as too the stockpile count????

I wonder, probably some barn door will be flung open with
a posse wondering why!!

Everybody will hold back until the "price" is right, in the mean time they will keep adding to the stockpile!
