Has anyone got the occupation figures of the Conference Center since it was opened?

It was one of our questions in Skuks, Lis....
Our representatives seem to have used some initiative...but more-or-less followed orders!

we did not ask that question directly as it was mentioned either in the groenkloof meeting or in the skukuza meeting
that the building of the safari lodge is not needed to accommodate the "hoards" of people who have been using the conference centre
but rather that the building of the safari lodge is needed so as to make the use of the conference centre more appealing
and attract more conferences ..........

I wonder if that's really feasible if whoever books it has to pay the conference centre, the accommodation, the conservation fees, the game drives and whatever else I might have forgotten in the package that SanParks seems to want to sell to the customers.
And... I seem to remember that one of the arguments for the lodge-hotel was catering for the Black Diamond market... But seeing that you won't be able to book that lodge-hotel like all other accommodation, but only like 3 months ahead of your travels, I wonder if there is enough spontaneous market among the Black Diamonds.

All very good excuses to make a new "amusement park" combined with business out of Kruger.
