The brown things are the eggs. Here’s another pic from “pureflorida.blogspot.com”. Not sure what the clear bubbles are, which also show in this pic, perhaps the clear gel that has already popped off the egg? Or maybe just bubbles from the algae, etc from sitting in the sun all day?

I have not seen frog or toad eggs that are riged and squarish

The "silver" drops are water. Most likely the light/sun make them look like that.
