Improvements to the Forums

It would be nice if we can tag someone by using the @ in front of their username. That way they will receive a notification when someone replies to something they said or posted.

A week end like this one shows how few active members we are.

I agree - we are a small forum. Private and no marketing tool
But we're growing slowly but surely and have had some wonderful additions of late to the already great base we had before.
Not too concerned when it's a bit quieter than usual. We can always chat up a storm if in good shape.

and we have magnificent books... animals... flowers... birds... bugs...
and that it's a big plus for the forum

I have started using the AW Bird Book, when I do the Bird ID challenge on the SanParks Forum

Can't say I'm surprised, Lis. I have often come up to Africa Wild when I googled a certain species.
(And not only with birds )
