There are quite a few species of Wild/Gemsbok Cucumber.
I will check my books this evening to try and narrow down the species.
Where abouts did you see this??

Had a look in my copy of "Field Guide to the Wild Flowers of the Highveld" by vanWyk & Malan.
It does look like Cucumis zeyheri

Any idea what tree/shrub this is? It has white and yellow flowers. Seen near Talamati.

This lily-like flower was close to Sable dam.
Close to the Southern-most Baobab.
On the S128 near Lower Sabie.
On the H10.
On the H4-1.
