Hmmm... there are so many helichrisums . That last one could also be H.aureonitens ( golden everlasting ) , or even H.odoratissimum , or H.nudifolium var.pilosellum

I was given this piece of succulent and now it has sprouted this flower.
Please can anyone ID it for me?

This is a stapeliad . There are all succulents , have the typical star-shaped flower , which is quite foul smelling , and as such also called carrion flowers . Pollination takes place by carrion seeking insects such as blow-flies etc which are attracted by the smell .
Have to research a little deeper in order to ID this specific one , but could also very well be a " man-made " hybrid-cross .

That blossom looks quite beautiful compared to it's obviously not so favourable smell.

There are so many of them , and maybe the reason for lack of ID'ing is because the smell prevents you from checking too closely
And the flowers always look so beautiful , velvety , inviting ..........
