One hot Summer's day Dwarf and I were ensconced there, when a BIG ellie herd pitched up!
So much so that they covered the pan, the parking, and even peered into the back window of the hide, so to speak. Dwarf was sleeping on the bench, and I woke him up to have a look. He assessed the situation and went back to sleep...along the lines of "what can one do?"
It was actually quite scary, as they started rubbing against the poles/adjacent tree post-mudbath...and the smell!

But what can one do, indeed?

Didn't have a camera then, yet. Fascinating, though...so chatted with them instead of Dwarf!
