In this case after careful consideration the driver was found not to have transgressed the park rules.
:-? :-?

I’m not sure if we maybe watched a different video, but if the rules below on the gate entry permit are correct, then it must be a different video, because in the video I watched at least 3 of these rules were broken :-?

This whole episode has upset me.
The outright arrogance of staff and their resolution to what happened 0*\

So.. who are these rules for -O-
Is this not the stuff guides learn before they can actually be part of the system. O/

Yip

The word uproar also makes me wonder if SANParks deem it to be a pathetic compliant because the word “uproar” implies that the general public are making it out to be more serious than it really is.

This should make us all worried about the “mind set” of those in charge

This entry could be posted under many threads here, so move as you see fit.

Here in the States embarrassing occurrences, as well as outright scandals are handled as followed:

1. Deny knowledge, but assure you will "get to the bottom of this".
2. Appoint an insider to investigate.
3. Claim the "independent investigation" showed no wrong doing.
4. If the public still persists, blame one of the lesser players, but make sure they never pay any price whatsoever. (Promote them to a higher position later, for taking the bullet).
5. If the public is STILL unconvinced, blame the previous administration.
6. Last, but certainly not least, CLAIM RACISM at the top of your lungs.

You Saffies could take a page out of our books…
Oh wait, you already are doing so… O/ O/

What gets my goat are the cheerleaders who agree in private that something like this cannot be right yet they will defend it in public :O^
