
At the time of the accident he was a masonry contractor with a high school education. After surgeries and extensive rehab he enrolled in college, became an accountant, and worked into his 70's.
He mentored newly injured "paras", as many become alcoholics or commit suicide. He even learned to scuba dive, using his arms to propel him along!


Back to those injured in the fall… I'm hoping for "good news" updates and will keep them in my thoughts, hoping for a full recovery, and if not, a heartfelt wish that they are able to live a full and joyful life.
