And the beetle with the yellow clubbed antennae which are very stylish is a Blister Beetle (Hycleus lugens)

Not sure that any of the Shrikes are my favourites

but they do come in some wonderful colour schemes

Like the close up of the spider and cicada, damselfly and not the cricket... I see enough of them in Pretoria. There are one bug that I particularly don't like seeing in the Park and that is a cockroach... they can steer clear...

Our sightings improved once we got to Croc! I agree with you about Cockroaches - YUK!

Day 11 Tuesday 20 November : Crocodile Bridge.

On the return journey to Croc.

Giant Kingfisher.

Closeup Wartie.

On the S137, one of two Cheetahs.

And Burchell's Coucal.

Back at Croc I found some interesting bugs.

A particularly ugly fly.

A Robber Fly.

Some Bees.

Different Damselflies.

Common Dotted Border Butterflies.

An interesting Moth.

And some wasps.

Ok, that Red Headed fly is the worst ever!

Good thing the first robber fly looks like a moth!
