At this time of year the leopard tortoise have come out of hibernation and are seen all over the place. This chap didn't look overly impressed about having his photo taken

I took a short visit to the park today with a friend of mine who is a guide - quite a change for him relaxing as my passenger

It was extremely quiet - probably due to a lot of rain at the start of the week. However we got to see the same blackie again that we found a few days ago $O/\$ $O/\$
Somewhat closer than anticipated at one point
