Here are some Cape plants that I need ID help with. These were all seen along the Kommetjie seaside boardwalk in late November 2014.

This is not an indigenous tree , but originated from Brazil . Commonly known as Brazilian pepper tree- Schinus terebinthifolius . Those seeds taste pepper-like , and can be used in the place of black pepper .

Not sure of this one , picture not very clear , but looks somewhat like a pink Cape Honeysuckle - Tecomaria capensis .

It is Brazilian pepper . Trust me

.
I even have some of them growing here on the farm .
They are very invasive .
