Kruger is for my clan also, but can never get the planned booking O/ O/

Back to the previous question:

Why isn’t the availability viewable 11 months in advance as of today :-? and then look at the title of this thread -O- -O-

BC, I've just gone onto the Sanparks website and I can see availability for July 2013, :-? although Satara is fully booked already and Lower Sabie only has 1 and 2 bed huts left! 0*\ There is still quite a lot available at Skukuza.

Hey guys, don't get me wrong. I will still go to Kruger, but ONLY as a day visitor or maybe to camp at Tsendze for a night. I will not stay in any of their accommodation units!

For those of you that come this way for your holidays, there are plenty private places to stay at that are in the same price range as Kruger even better. \O You can then still do day trips into Kruger knowing you have a decently looked after place to rest your head at night. ;-)

There is definitely preferential booking for operators, I have seen the proof, and not from any forumite here or on SPforums, just a private person!

That was on condition of anonymity, though, as the operators know very well to shut up or lose their privilege! O/

I just do not understand why Sanparks denies it, it is normal in any kind of business to give bulk-buyers first choice :-?

SanParks, as with SA government, has developed a "deny first and ask questions later" policy, IMO! =O:

It has been going on for years! "Maybe if we deny it, they will believe us". :O^

They do not know the "maximum": Never under-estimate the others ;-)

Yip

I phoned central reservations this afternoon in desperation and it seems that they are aware that the availability section of the web site is down, but don’t have any idea why, so it may have been a technical issue.

When I asked why there hasn’t been an announcement or an apology considering it’s the most popular time in Kruger, nobody seemed to know why

I see that availability suddenly appeared again at around 4pm, which is convenient considering the suspicion. It makes me wonder :-?

Let’s see what happens on the 1st of next month or the next school holidays

RP, which tour operators, I will use anyone at the moment =O:

I noticed that no more campsites available at Nossob and Mata-Mata for the first week of July.
Luckily I did not try and rather go off season when bookings are not made for 6 adults with 3 cars and 3 trailers plus a few minors per campsite

Thanks for the info BC, just wish I knew that before I made a total fool of myself.... O/

Wanted to book a Night drive last week, and was told that there was no more space for the specific night available, very disappointed I phoned the specific camp and within seconds I got my reservation

O/\
