The elephants were also feeling the heat.

I have always found it so strange that certain birds make holes into the earth, even where it is rocky, to nest; especially these multi-coloured ones. At least it is a rather safe place ^Q^

River views are beautiful, but I prefer the ones with water ;-)

At last, I've found some time to continue this TT.

Everything was feeling the heat! Luckily the BluTuna has an excellent aircon, which we run all the time. Even with the windows open it keeps our feet nice and cool :-)

Nesting in river banks seems to be a Bee-eater thing. I suppose it's safe until the river floods and undercuts the bank!
