but part of an outreach programme - carrying around a lot of love plasters to heal hurting peeps hearts
and sometimes carrying the torch for them - in more ways than one. :) :)
I used to ride a 900 Ninja - Grm-dbn grm-pbg grm-bfn grm ... now you know why I never got into parks... they wouldn't allow us in... :P

My trip started in Germiston, past Lanseria, over the 4way crossing at Harties onto Brits.
From there I took the Dikololo road - a bad stretch of dirt road.
There's a rocky hill half off-centre of the camp where dassies have a ball.
It is actually very quiet up there early morn, if you manage to slip the kiddies. :lol:

I am sitting on a ridge freezing my butt off watching the sunrise over the mountain ridge in the distance. On a clear day and with some imagination I might see the Indian ocean. In the distance a sentinal is watching over a devils tooth and to the right of me a general is keping watch over the valley.

I am hoping to see one of the most endangered vultures flying above me to feed down in the valley, but the only movement I see is a jackal running down to a carcass.

Where am I sitting?

Could this be the campsite in Skeurklip (there is a formation like tooth)
- Verkykerskop,
- some 60 - 70 km from Harrismith (the general)

Clue 1: I am sitting in the open not a hide facing east (sunrise); north-west from Giant Castle and south-south west from Verkykerkop.

Its not a Khulu peak and easy to reach. The general is close to a Khulu, but I am sitting much lower at ~ 2000 m. My clue said north west of Giants Castle.
