I spoke to a guy here in our local co-op who complained that when he went to KTP in July , his caravan was almost ruined
That's quite a big cat , and a grown owl would be quite a nice meal for it , and it probably wanted to go for the one sitting on the nest , being more vulnerable , however , luckily she had a mate who could guard over her .
But every time the cat moved , the mate bristled at him and he probably eventually gave up when darkness came . I also think that at this stage , there were no chicks yet , which is why the female owl sat so tightly on the nest
