This road can be very productive! There is no shortage of loops along the Shingwedzi River, and one can go and sit under a tree unnoticed for hours.
One oddity is the pile of palm nuts one may see just outside the East Gate of Shingwedzi (It is the only camp with two gates...)
These are swept up from under the trees in camp, I think, presumably they pong too much to be thrown away there?
The rare Sharpe's Grysbok may be seen:
