Why should it take Departmental money to do normal maintenance? And why does it take so long to get insurance money to rebuild?

We were in the south for three days, and I must say there was work going on all over the place!

Afsaal erosion filled up in the picnic spot, painting at Pretoriuskop etc.

But still numerous defects at the unit we stayed at, which is the real problem!
