Back on the tar road, an ellie eating!

Then back to camp for delicious bacon and eggs!

When suddenly something entirely new and unexpected pitched up...

The little rock monitor didn't have a care in the world!

Momprins did not like this visitor at all...gross!

Anyway, after the excitement, my normal sitting on the stoep waiting for the afternoon drive, and checking out the occasional visitor!

Then off to the pool for the normal walk...the Weeping Boerbean flowers come out in late winter, they are gorgeous as always!

And only a rock pool on the drive...

And next morning home in blistering heat, what a contrast!
