Very jealous of the badger sighting and pics! \O \O

I like the H12 and it looks lovely in all its greenery. ;-)

Thanks, BC, stf, Flutts and Pumbaa!

Skuks is not what it was... :-( and I was there in April! 0*\

No more grass, it seems...this is growth season. And floods are no excuse. Other camps along rivers have plenty lawns!

Image

It was a busy morning, indeed, so rubbish excused? No! This is the flagship camp of the country's flagship National Park! (0!)

Image

Remember this pic...

Image

Anyway, off we went for a packed leftover brunch at the nursery! Great stuff, especially as Prinsadam tried to fit various trees into his vehicle...hilarious! =O:

And a goodbye near Numbi on the way out! \O

End of this segment! X#X

Thanks, all! X#X

Next segment!

My Birthday...a great getaway daytrip last Friday, with Goldenboy and Borderline!

The Fat and the Furious! =O:

We actually left on time at 05h00! O/\

And returned to my hovel to fetch the icepack for the cooler! 0*\

So we actually left late! \O

Did the Malalane N4 entry route...the road is stunning now, no stops and lines painted! O/\

But the lines don't mean much...some black vehicle with blue light capability?

Image

Anyway...

GB: "We shall stop for coffee just after the Tollgate!"

RP: "Agreed!"

Bl: "Agreed!"

A little while later:

GB: "OK, that filling station is closed. We shall stop for coffee in Malalane!"

RP: "Agreed!"

Bl: "Why do you keep spelling it Malalane?"

RP: "That is actually an official name change!"

GB: "One letter? :-? "

RP: "Yes! Fascinating!"

The coffee was stunning...we are getting older, it seems... O-/

Not much sightings-wise, but stunning scenery!

Image

The S-114...we were actually heading north ASAP to follow the clouds, because if the sun came out we would die!

We are getting old, it seems! =O:

A chicken!

Image

GB: "The clouds!"

Bl: "Move it, leave the chicken!"

RP: "Agreed!"

We made the next bunch of clouds! ^Q^

Image

And then a sign of rain!

Image

GB: "You always say various things are a sign of rain!"
RP: "How dare you question my authority!"

GB was reading a book, and spouting facts to us. We are getting old!

It never rained... O**
