Well the only "S" tarred roads that I know of are
Doispane Road - S1
Berg en dal Rest Camp Road - S114
Causeway Tar Road Loop - S135
Luvuvhu River Drive - S63

A pretty obvious typo - the Berg en dal Rest Camp Road is tar but should have been S110

It is also a sand road with a tar section!
