Hmmm... firstly , proteas do not like to be confined in a container :-(

Do you have a photo of the entire plant of no 3, leaves etc?


Wild Lucerne (Monechma divaricatum) looks like this, but I would need to see the shrub 0'

Monechma genistifolium also a good match maybe lol


Monechma distichotrichum ?

M genistifolium is the most likely and matches the habiat description in the article O**

African horned cucumber - Cucumis metuliferus ? .

You often see the vines in trees in Kruger .
