:no: its a very common problem with those in power currently not thinking or able to foresee the whole process through even when experts tell them they making a mistake and will destroy ,break or cause a huge loss in some way or another ... O**

:no: not for me its not the Kruger /Bush experiance I look for /enjoy .Maybe for others its what they want but I don't see it .It just looks like any other Hotel anywhere in the world .

Apart from a complete lack of good taste in the furnishing, it looks like a row of apartments in the suburbs of a city. It is not even lodge style. Definitely not my cup of tea. A building like that in the bush is an eyesore 0*\

Media contacted us a while ago, and there are grave undercurrents going on. Concor, the chief developer, is in a legal dispute with SANParks who owe them R8 million after a cost overrun that is deemed to be SP's fault. Meanwhile Concor are facing legal pressure from their subcontractors, who have not finished because obviously they have not been paid either.

To circumvent final signing-off on essential services in the hotel, SP RETENDERED for said services while the legal wrangling goes on, so pay double to a new certifying authority. A very expensive mess that will never be recouped, as predicted. :O^

I definitely wouldn't stay there, but unfortunately I suspect that many people will jump at this....no cooking/cleaning/driving. As much as those things are integral to our stays in the park, not everyone enjoys the same things. O**
