we have pata negra... in plastic bag, like ham... by Globus and very expensive $0*\$

We do not have Globus here, but maybe Manor has it

It is easy to take photos, when the sun is shining, the air is clear and nothing is moving

you are right... but the centring is your, the angle too (and keep the 1/3-2/3 too)
