At the end of our trip report, we're looking back on a short but great trip. We didn't get lions or leopards, but saw more than enough to make it worthwhile. O/\

Our next trip report will come after our Augrabies/Kgalagadi trip in January 2015. THE best place on earth - the Northern Cape and the Kalahari, followed by 5 nights in Mtunzini on the KZN North Coast. Hoping for those Palmnut Vultures. Thanks for reading and enjoying.

Oh one last one - I do NOT understand how anybody in their right mind can kill these in such a brutal way. Stay safe big guy:

God put me on earth to accomplish a certain amount of things. Right now I'm so far behind that I'll never die.

We wish it was a Lesser Spotted Eagle, Mel! Pretty sure it's a Wahlberg's.

There is no place like Kgalagadi, Nan. Forever cured me of my KNP addiction. Most people want to move to Phalaborwa, Hoedspruit or Nelspruit. Us? Anything to the west of Kuruman will do. O**
