I tried to persuade it to go elsewhere (so that some idiot didn't step on it - accidentally or on purpose) with a broom handle but it took exception to that and started to sting it.

Next to the camp is a weir in the Croc river, more for guaging its water level. In the back is an ellie next to the bridge.
