We were having a brekkie at Timbavati Picnic spot , when one of these guys arrived with 5 or 6 guests , also with the idea of having breakfast .
One of the guests asked the guide , " what bird is that ? " , His answer , " It is a duf . " then he spelt it " m-o-r-n-i-n-g d-u-f " . " It is a morning duf ."
Well , the time was indeed around 10.00 am , and therefore it was still still morning , but I am just wondering what he would have called it , if it was late afternoon ? An evening duf

Yeahhh RP , but shouldn't they know the difference between night and day ? And laughing and mourning ( crying )
Just kidding
And , I can understand that for those JJ's , it certainly is hard to be handsome AND clever at the same time

LOL.... Yip, the JJ's are a special breed

... Not all, I must add, they guys at Jock Safari are a great bunch. Always see them on the road, they always greet and give you a spot to view etc....
The best I heard from a JJ was this real "breeker" in the Pretoriuskop pool, speaking to a German tourist and his partner, also in the pool... (She seemed like a VERY nice lady BTW

)... The tourist asked "what is the best way of avoiding an Elephant charging the vehicle when it is too close to the vehicle"... The JJ said, first slap you hand on the door very hard, making loads of noise, if that doesn't work, get out the car and run at the ellie with your hands flapping and making loads of noise, that will definitely scare the ellie away!!!!
