This is the view from Hide no 2. Lots of water in the vlei.


There are usually lots of birds at Rondebult but they aren't as close as at Austin Roberts.

Redbilled Teals, Whitefaced Ducks and Geese.









Maccoa Ducklings?

Greyheaded Gulls.




Blackwinged Stilt.


Black Heron.


Reed Cormorant.


Sacred Ibis.


Red-eyed Dove.

Will definetly go this weekend - wow, what stunning birds.

Lovely black heron! The cormorant looks as if it has been too close to a fire
