Aha! The extraordinary cheetah sighting was posted during my absence. O:V I can't count the times we travelled down that particular (and particularly horrible lol ) road (and towards the other side as well) to find exactly the here mentioned animals. Well, well, well...

Just had a quick glance at my photos of the cheetahs and I think you won't get such pretty faces anymore. One of them must have taken a hit from the hartebeest they killed that day. O-/

And I still marvel about the fact that all 11 lions were out and about at come points throughout the park. Surely, that doesn't happen all too often?

So, did Josie decided to evacuate towards her home region then?

I tried to do it myself but found that I don't have enough information to figure out who is who of the boys
and figured you'd be able to tell me much quicker who Melvin and who Gibson is here. That's my 2012 sighting
of them.

Welcome back Mel!
You're welcome to PM me for any lion ID... Those 2 from 2012 are Mel and Gibson (although aren't those 2 pics both of the same lion?)

And I fully agree that we are all looking forward to your trip report

Might be the same one... One is from the morning and one from the afternoon the same day in the same location.
But I definitely got them both in the afternoon, one walking and the one posted. I had thought that the one walking
was the same as the first one on the other side. But it seems I was wrong. Will pm you with the other photo. Thanks. \O
