So unusual the dense clouds in the desert there, Peter!
The duiker is a steenbok...

Lovely pics Pete ..but the Steenbok is a Duiker it seems ...I havent seen a Duiker in KTP as far as I know but my wife went behind a bush on our way back to JHB in rainy conditions near Van Zyl's Rust and she spooked a Duiker that was hiding there

Peter it is not worth it. The couple of times we have been , we have seen nothing great. You off the main road and takes about 90 minutes or more to get back to the Nossob, by then the light has gone

The next morning up early and packed to head back to Nossob, was quite again all the way down , just a couple of photo's taken
sunrise at garagab
not sure (Black Breasted Snake eagle)
cape Cobra
Arriving and Nossob we where given site no 10 which is the best for position but not so great for shade. Same problem as no 5 as the shade is next to the Kitchen on the downward side of the camp, this is at the very end of the new camp sites and even further from the hide, The great thing about this site it is along three fences as it is on the point.

Ja, Peter, you can see it is a snake eagle because it is looking at the snake underneath.
Did you inspect your campsite carefully this time?
