What a marvellous life... watching the fishermen doing their work and actually organizing your lunch.

Interesting episode! You were clearly impressed by what you saw... at least that's how I perceive it. lol

For the time being the sea, the cheap rickshaws and mostly eating out ones a day, because that is cheap also and interesting \O The people are mostly very kind and smiling

What I dislike the most is the filth all over and the poverty O-/

Sunday 3rd of Jan. 2016

Same beach as Saturday.

The little white dots are the floaters of the net. which they have probably positioned the night before or very early in the morning.

Image

The fishermen start pulling from the two sides of the net singing a strange rhythmic tune.

Image

Image

They are stopping often, because it must be very heavy. Little by little the two parties are closing in on each other

Image

Someone who took his boat out to anchor is hitching a hike back to the beach O**

Image

Finally the net is on the beach and everybody including curious tourists are crowding.

Image

Image

The catch seems to be rather poor and they do not look very happy

Image

It is all being put into a plastic bowl and divided in good, bad and worse lol The worse is thrown on the beach.

Image

They then had a kind of auction -O-

and the crows were having a feast 0'
