But you see now, H....the courts are going to get involved, methinks, so truth will come out, no wriggling anymore with public money, Public money refers to the road upgrade and the Park and ride facility..SP budgets for that! 0()

0*\ 0*\ , My goodness RP,..with all due respect,
are you referring to filling pages in history books?

Them, then arguing in hindsight, why it could have
been different!! Nooit Bru, believe you me, the
public protector has so much work in arrears, not
even a century of time will be very much passive!

It has been confirmed that the developer/applicant for the
MSR(Malelane tented camp) has failed to submit papers within
specified time set there by .Gov!!

A total silence and seeming black out has befallen the trio,
.Gov, Sanparks and would be rather arrogant developer!!

The whole matter for the least finding itself in limbo!!!??
The developer was granted 5 years to complete the project,
yet with amendments. These amendments could not be met.

To my understanding the would be developer still has a right,
to deliver, yet this time round from scratch!!

Does this simply mean, in legal terms, that until such time,
the applicant has bestowed a right unto self to frolick here?

In a sense I'm ok with that, keeping the coroner away from a
locked door, yet the all evil lies dormant!!
I can only surmise that we all wish this threat to be removed,
forever!!

.Gov, Sanparks and would be entrepreneur that was supposedly
out to create job satisfaction for the locals..

It needs to be made public that the authority have embarked on
wasteful speech!!, clearly not knowing the ramifications such ill
and self centered utterance may withhold!!

Fred de Groot It would be very unwise to go about bashing Sanparks on all they stand for!! Even in the worst case scenarios. Sanparks, the group, comprises and is structured with input of many professional individuals, specialists in their own field of endeavour and there are many! One such endeavour will be conservation. Conservationists them forever studying nature a very loose set of principles forever changing!!
In the past certain decisions had to be taken, based on info and studies to date at that time. Some specialist studies of that time are very questionable today. This will include commercial studies. Bashing Sanparks for this would be very wrong!! There are very many people out there servicing the national parks with a great love.
However, politics has managed to raise its ugly head in pristine wonderland. Simple peer pressure has forced a different way of approach in how these national parks will fit into the new ever demanding society of the day. A new principal study set in and has taken root. Kruger park always being the prime example of how this will work?
Room will be created to accept commercialisation practices and studies that will be supportive toward a greater society abounding. A very grey area of concern! Since Sanparks have no authority to divulge in commercial practice outside their boundaries, often suggested, they will open arms toward public pressure from outside. I refer to the (PDZ). This policy never was subject to any EIS (Environmental Impact Survey), PP (Public Participation), or any other means of consultation.
To my mind this kind of methodology stands all good reasoning for bashing, bashing to a degree of insignificance. Sanparks are buckling to peer pressure, to my mind not their forte.
The word emotive has popped up many times now, creating a base for understanding and reasoning.
Kruger Park is a sacred place!! I speak on behalf of many out there!! It has the power of forcing down some kind of holy worship and respect!
Humanity is a sacred place!! I speak on behalf of many out there!! It has the power of forcing down some kind of holy worship and respect!
Blaming nature for the shortcoming in human life cannot and should not ever be accepted as a norm.
Hence the bashing of Sanparks and their policies will stand for bashing. Sanparks need to take a stand, accommodating a decent mandate be it conservation or politics???
Establishing some form of communication and transparency will be in their greater interest. It will remain for them to realize where their priorities lie. Sanparks having membership here on this platform, their mere reluctance from any input here from them will prove a point in as such.
Go well all,..
