The new house is very close and looks ugly. It should be mandatory to use at least 30% of wood, when you build in Marloth.
There are sacred ibises in Kruger, albeit not many as far as I know. At least they are not seen that often.
The visitors are part of the charm of Marloth

Wood is too hot, Lis!
And the house looks much neater now...sort of.
Off for A Walk the next morning, down Moepel Street!
This giraffe standing inside someone's yard:
It is a very nice road!
Lots of strange rocks there, wonder what stories this one can tell over the milenia...
And a flutterby!

And on the way back this paradise stream area, like an oasis...
Wonder who lives here?
The best part of A Walk!
And a yummy brunch...
...and pack and home!

Nice to see some green and even flowers
Nice butterfly
The eggs are over-cooked.....again

.... but I would pay a lot to be sitting there with a cold beer and even the eggs
Do you never go to Marloth outside the "silly season"?
Where is the house situated...more or less?

No visits in summer, Lis, far too hot!
The house is near the Western gate of Marloth.

Later in early August we returned, on a cold late afternoon!
We were far too late to braai, so the oven it was!
Next morning we went to Kruger, under the Business thread. Only thing of note upon return was the starling tackling an ancient apple!
And skipping to the nexter morning, you guessed it, A Walk!

And down at the river something new....can you see it?
