(0!) I told you we need the entire plant and most important the leaves and some habitat info

It's a Crossandra, please check here and tell us what the plant looks like

However, your photos show the bracts close-up

I think, it's C. greenstockii, with softly hairy bracts, slightly spiny on the margins

In C. zuluensis, the bracts are rather hairless and strongly spined on the margins
