Most of them walked slowly away farer into the deeper bush but from time to time one looked curiously through the bushes into our direction.
Also a lilac breasted roller flew by and as we already thought the eland would now disappear in the bush a couple of same returned
and so we could enjoy them a bit longer and needless
to say that we stayed with them until finally no one of them was longer to be seen. Also at this sighting we were the whole time the only car.
That sighting was indeed a more than worthy ending of our trip but gladly still a couple of kilos had to be covered inside the park
and the luck was still with us as the second entrance of the S56 was finally open and so we could at least drive at least a shorter part along one of our favourite roads and we soon came across zebras, waterbucks,
banded mongoose,
another fork tailed drongo
