Mine is a female, one short spur. The male has two.

Nan's last one does not show the feet, but nan's other ones are females, too, I think.

I have a male Coqui Francolin.

One can see the spur above the elevated hind toe.

Coqui Francolins have a clear difference between male and female though....not only the spur(s)

Never seen one of those
