Lisbeth it's not this one, but you are in right family \O , definetly Lasiocampidae

The habitus looks very much like Gonometa postica, which probably does not occur often in Kruger (is it from Kruger?), so my best guess is, it's another silk moth in this genus.

Gonometa fulvida and G. rufobrunnea occur in Kruger, the latter feeds only on Mopane. There is only one photo available from the internet, wich shows a very indistinct thing on a twig lol

That shape is indeed a good match for a Gonometa sp.

I have checked the Lasiocampidae files of the caterpillar rearing project and there is nothing that would be a closer match, but that does not mean, that I am right lol
