Mon. April 22, 2013, Part 2
Tamboti - Skukuza
Another first for us...bushbuck on the S100.

We also came across a family of gooble-goobles... -O

...and a fish eagle.

Someone had told us of lions at Gudzani East but before reaching it , we stopped next to a vehicle with some youngsters from the UK. “There’s a lion in the hedge there.” A hedge? In Kruger?
-O Oh well, we searched the hedge in question and the Brat spotted it – another great lion sighting!

We carried on to Gudzani East and found a male lion sleeping quite far off...not even worth a pic...yet another quality sighting!
And that was the sum total of lion sightings this trip!
We turned back and headed towards Nwanetsi for a pit stop. Another Water Monitor...we saw quite a few on this trip.

This impi looked like Bambi with those white spots!

A family gathering.

Something to brighten our day.
