I don't think so, nan. That's a European erica and this one was growing at Cape Point ...

Here are some more Cape plants that I need ID help with -- all seen along the Kommetjie boardwalk (which is part of TMNP) in late November 2015.

2. Is this perhaps Silver pea (Xiphotheca fruticosa)?
