I was shooting one of the Giraffes in the sunset and the other one walked past - it was just a matter of getting the timing right!

The glasses - Stargazer is a scientist and can be absent-minded at times 0*\ O/

The Wild Cats were posing but it was difficult to get a clear view of them.

It's a Scaly-feathered Weaver but it used to be a Scaly-feathered Finch.

Thanks Mel, it is a Striped Kingfisher, I just assumed it was a Brownhooded as I don't see Striped very often!

The AWCs were somewhere to the southeast of Mata Mata!

almost all I saw were on the right side on the road going to Mata Mata, in the +/- small trees \O

Wow you sure had a lot of AWC sightings.
We are off to Rooiputs and Polentswa in 17 days time and can't wait. Hope we get lucky with the cheetah
