Southern Shrike (Common Fiscal/Fiscal Shrike), arid west has a big eyebrow like yours, love them Southern Fiscal is the new name (Lanius collaris)
and for the Vulture I must have to know... I saw so many Ruppel's when I was in Kenya.... sorry a bit lazy
