A wild dog sighting is good for the general mood ;-)

(Our WIFI battery "blew up", so have been unable to get onto the internet for a couple days, but have just caught up here ^Q^ )

The meal looks YUMMY, the "Dad wars" are exasperating :-( , so I'm sorry that got thrown into the trip, but I also feel for him :-( .

Love the Woodland Kingfisher, the colors of the animals against the greenery are so striking (Impala, Bushbuck, Giraffe...), the 'boons are often so cartoon-like you have to smile, and the Green Pigeon I always find so regal looking and so well dressed :-0

Wild Dogs ^Q^ ^Q^ ^Q^

More please

When I had read your answer to my previous comment, I was sure you must have found the lions by the end of the day.
Well, obviously I was wrong. But wild dogs are way more precious, methinks :-0 And I like Anna's thinking lol

It is amazing how tempers grow in the park and then dramatically improve with great sightings... ;-)
It's obviously all that quality time we spend together that causes tempers to soar! lol

Close to Lower Sabie we came across a troop of baboons playing in the trees. They were having an absolute ball and so were all the visitors. There was actually a traffic jam here!!

Anna decided baboons were her favourite again, and she wasn't going to change her mind this time! ;-)
