Are the first 3 the same bush?
Do you have more photos of the white one? Is it a small bush, height? In the valley of the Lenong drive or high up?

Yes the first 3 are the same bush, the white one is smaller than the others about 1m high, it's on Lenong drive just before you start climbing that scary mountain road

The white one is a Dwarf Savanna Sugarbush
Protea welwitschii
The other one is the Common Sugarbush
Protea caffra caffra
And the edible one comes under several names: Transvaal Milkplum, Stamvrug
Englerophytum magalismontanum
AKA umNumbela (Zulu), Munombelo (Venda), moTlhakwa (Setswana), Nombela (Tsonga), umNumbela (Swati)
The dawf white protea is beautiful!
