Meanwhile it was again time for the cub to rest and same disappeared out of sight but gladly mom stayed with us and we again searched for another spot to watch

the advantage for such a dense vegetation is that you are standing under large trees and consequently there is a lot of shade not only for humans but also for leopards.

Now we even had time to capture the close by ground hornbills in the tree

whilst mom laid down and the activity at the leopards got less

but we had a lot of time, were in the best mood ever and from time to time mom even looked up

or it was her turn in changing the place.

She even turned us her back obviously she was in the opinion we got already too many pictures from her

but we were still over the moon with the luck we had in the far North and that it is all about the right place at the right time plus a little bit of luck. Most of the cars meanwhile carried on and we now were alone with another one who joined us later and who still could not see the cub

"A little bit of luck", you say? Methinks a lot of luck 0*\

Mom does not look a bit worried when the cub is not around, but maybe he/she is close only that you could not see him/her -O-

What a sighting!!!! I am terribly :-0 :-0 :-0 :-0

I am sure she - I guess the cub was a she - was close to mom  and this sighting compensated us a bit for all the times we drove on that road and only saw very few O/\
