It does look a lot like the elephant landed on top of the car -O- I had one of my horses get out on the road and ran side on into a car and rolled over the bonnet and windscreen. It looked like a lesser version of the above. But I am slapping myself on the wrist for speculating (SP have indoctrinated me -O ) By the way my horse was OK. :-)

That is just giving your opinion, mith! \O

Look, here is some speculating: The visitors were obviously speeding and hit the elephant. SP is paranoid about bad press, and wouldn't dream of saying anything bad about anything or anyone remotely connected to our new imperial masters, China!

Now THAT is speculating!

.

A 49-year-old Polish tourist who works in China, and his Chinese ladyfriend, apparently a student from Pretoria, were attacked by an elephant which repeatedly stomped on the Hyundai and rolled it over. Kruger staff found the vehicle on its roof next to the road. The man was still trapped in the car, while the woman was flung from the wreck and said she crawled back to the shelter of the wreck in terror once the ellie had left.

They had stopped to watch the ellie, and when it charged switched off the engine hoping it would calm down.

His condition is stable while she is slightly injured. Kruger's chopper took him to Phalaborwa.
