Exactly and therefore you should allow some changes to accomodate a fenced system that does not require permanent costly management intervention at large scale.

And entirely true! Culling is the only option, and it will provide an incredible amount of free protein sustainable for the entire SA, never mind local communities.

Any animal Shot always suffers even from a Well placed Kill Shot
