3 pairs of shoes is 30, so one pair of shoes is 10... one shoe is 5
2 boys and a pair of shoes is 20, so one boy is 5
2 pairs of cones and a boy is 13, so a pair of cones is 4 and one cone is 2

Last line you do the multiplication first: Boy with a pair of cones and pair of shoes (5+4+10=19) multiplied by a single cone (2) ... 19x2 = 38
Then add a single shoe. 38+5 = 43
