Only not the KTP that you have seen so far :-0 But agree... mostly it does not look like those photos.

Partly I think because they can feed anywhere and don't need to be close to cars and humans and also we experienced them vanishing into thin air when the atmosphere was thick with an approaching thunderstorm like in the second pic.

Ja, cool, hey? You really should visit one of those days. Preferable after the rains if you're not partial to desert X#X

If I remember correctly from the cheetah photos I "stole" from you, you saw it pretty much just like that yourself X#X

Seventh night @ Urikaruus Riverfront

So, this would have been hump day as we had fourteen nights in total. Still wish I was there 0' lol

Only one photo today - but it is a fond memory: We had learned that Elena (R.I.P.) had shown off a pretty small cub around Dalkeith waterhole for the past days. So we were all over that waterhole as much as we could. But we were running out of time. Therefore I made it clear to the SO that we would not go elsewhere until we had found mum with the child 0' (The SO was totally into it as well lol ). I remember going up and down between the waterhole and the dune road around the loop of the same. For those who haven't been in the KTP yet - or forgot, like we did until just recently lol - you can see the waterhole from the dune road as well. Anyway, rambling again :O^ Not sure how many times we had done the trip, but eventually I notice Elena coming down from the Namibia side and obviously I was overjoyed that our patience had paid off. She even made a kill while we were back down again on the loop road. To this day I have no idea where that springbok had come from because we had never seen it.

And here's the little one, that unfortunately was limping badly and did not survive the next week...
